Variance [back to top] NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to the Evans Municipal Code, the Evans Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on August 24, 2010, commencing at 12:00 noon, and the Evans City Council will hold a public hearing on September 7, 2010, commencing at 7:30 pm, both meetings to be held at the Evans Community Complex Council Chambers, 1100 37th Street, Evans, Colorado, at which time and place they will consider and act upon a variance request application under the name of EnviroTech Services for the property at 6850 47th Avenue in the City of Evans. Vicinity: 47th Avenue, South of CR 394 and just south of UPRR All persons in any manner interested in this matter may be present and may be heard.
